Our story..
Jason is a busy blue collar professional who works each day in stressful situations. Photography has become an outlet for him to relax and enjoy the surroundings around him in different ways. Jason had always wanted a camera of his own and in late 2009 his wish came true. His photography journey took off again with his first opportunities to see what he could capture since using the journalism camera in high school.
Photography has given Jason an excuse to be an adventurer as well as develop other technical skills and solve problems on a purely creative level.
Tonja is a Former International Independent Sales Director, who has always loved creating. Her life took an unexpected turn of events in 2004 after a physically disabling auto accident. While this has slowed her life down considerably she has a passion for living that she loves sharing with others. Tonja does her photography while on a scooter or walking with her Service Dog Luka. Capturing lives through photography, is one way she can help others as well as use her creativity.
Together as a husband and wife combination they form the perfect team. Jason's technical knowledge and skills pared with Tonja's ideas and enthusiasm allow for maximum freedom of expression. This allows them to work in multiple settings and situations with a fresh eye, as well as an open mind. While they are new to many aspects of photography, they have taken classes from many of the best photographers out working today. They both enjoy learning, experimenting with new knowledge, and perfecting their abilities to offer the most to their clients. They love taking each moment in and savoring it with a soul-filled image.
The thing that they both enjoy the most is working with each other. Photography has been a way for them to do things together after the lifestyle change that occurred with the 2004 auto accident. Many days Jason will go out on an adventure while Tonja is not at her best, and will return with a bounty of pictures that they can look at and share together. That is how all of this started.
